I’m not your average Mental Health Specialist

Why? Because I too have been in your shoes… and it nearly broke me:

  • Answering emails around the clock

  • Feeling constantly anxious and overly responsible for every member of the team

  • Doing everything myself because it felt “easier” than delegating or training up another member of staff

  • Becoming so overwhelmed and exhausted with work that I had no energy left to enjoy my life

So if you resonate with any of the above then trust me, I get it. But what I came to realise the hard way is that being at the top is tough and you can’t do it alone - at least, not if you want to do it well.

I’ve also got a fair bit of experience to back up my own personal journey and, over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked as a Mental Health Specialist and Therapist with people from all walks of life. In fact I started out my career working in frontline psychiatric services in the UK and Bangladesh so when it comes to wellbeing I’ve seen it all.

From suicide prevention to staff wellbeing, I’ve worked with individuals and teams - within the NHS to the education sector, charities advocating for women’s rights in Thailand or campaigning around climate change in France to those tackling knife crime on the streets of Colombia - helping them to make themselves and their organisations more mentally healthy and as future proof as possible.

So I’ve taken my tools, insights and experiences and now use them to help organisations just like yours become more resilient, motivated and able to do what truly matters - make a difference whilst actually enjoying going to work each day. And as a result of experiencing first hand the devastating and easily avoidable impacts dissatisfied staff teams can have within an organisation (whilst understanding how these problems can easily occur) I use a solution focused, psychologically informed approach to support and empower individuals and organisations to bring about positive, impactful and sustainable change.

When you choose to work with me you won’t receive a one-size-fits-all approach that makes organisational wellbeing feel like a tick box exercise. Instead, you’ll receive something human-centred and bespoke, designed specifically for you.

If that sounds like what you’re after, I’d be delighted to work with you.
